I'm looking to change myself for the better,any tips for me? (Like hairstyles, makeup, stores to buy clothes)?
I'm a freshman, and I just feel very bored with myself and the way I act around new people.

I'm starting a new fitness program, because I'm trying to get in great shape and be a better runner, I want to change my hairstyle because I've had it the same way for a long time, I want to change my makeup so it flatters my eyes and skin tone, I'm trying to buy more clothes that I like and are more stylish than my normal kind of "blah" shirts that everyone else has, and most importantly, I'm trying to act less shy and awkward around new people, since I'm looking forward to meeting a ton more people since I'm just starting high school. I want to be able to express my personality more.

Ok, so now some info about me:

I have kind of small, green eyes.
My hair is sort of bronze colored, and a little bit past my shoulders.
My skin is fair, but I have a little tan from summer.

Any tips for makeup for my face, cute hairstyles (pictures please), good stores to shop at with a limited budget, fitness advice, or advice for a shy person? Thanks to anyone who answers!
